I wrote this poem for someone I just met twice. At First, I moved away from her. A second time, we became friends, and later, she moved away from me. We all experience the same thing, and sometimes we can never avoid it happen.
We just met, yet we’re not meant to be,
You just left without any words to me,
We just met in an instant,
However, forgetting you, I just can’t.
We just met, and everything changed,
What was left on me now is a shame,
Because of the pain, I can’t hide,
Because of the love, I can’t bribe.
We just met, and you left suddenly,
Yet you remained in my memory,
I can’t say whether it was good or bad,
But I considered them now as treasures I only have.
We just met I and I fell on you,
All the words I said I can’t undo,
I was too honest and trusted a lot,
I never expected later I would just be blocked.
I can’t reconcile now my feelings and my thoughts,
Was it too much trust or too much hope?
Trying to be open just to be closed,
Not knowing in the end, you will only be lost.
We just met, and now I’m dying,
I can’t help myself from deteriorating,
Maybe because of the love that drove me crazy,
Or perhaps with the broken heart that was so heavy.
